Choose based on the amount of time you can commit. Every package provides access to The Great Outpouring experience, while overnight packages allow you to remain immersed in the retreat environment beyond the daytime sessions.
Retreat location, detailed itinerary, room assignments, and additional preparation information will be shared with confirmed guests.

The full-weekend and two-day experiences may be paid in full or reserved with $75 today. Remaining payments are charged automatically by November 15. The one-day experience is $75 paid in full.

A $75 payment-plan deposit is applied toward your total retreat cost and secures your registration.
All retreat balances must be paid in full before the retreat, with the final balance due no later than November 15, 2026. Overnight accommodations are limited and reserved according to completed registration and payment status.

An intimate residential retreat — not a hotel stay.
Guests should expect shared rooms, shared bathrooms, community meals, and a family-style environment. Space is intentionally limited to preserve the retreat atmosphere.

Lodging
Accommodations are shared retreat-style. Private rooms and specific bed types are not guaranteed. Overnight space is limited and assigned based on registration order and accommodation needs.
Location
An Orlando-area luxury vacation home in the Clermont / Greater Orlando area, Florida. The exact retreat address will be provided to registered guests closer to the retreat.
Arrival & Departure
Friday check-in begins after 4:00 PM. Sunday departure follows the closing experience.
Meals
Scheduled meals are included according to your selected package. Please disclose dietary restrictions or food allergies during registration. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
Transportation
Transportation to and from the retreat is not included. Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
House Expectations
No smoking. No alcohol. Please respect quiet hours, shared spaces, and all property rules. This is a private residence and we honor it as such.
Emergency & Medical Information
Registration collects your emergency contact, allergies, medications you may need to self-manage, and any mobility or accommodation needs.
Photography & Video
Photography and video may be captured during the retreat for ROE Network Ministries promotional use. You may opt out during registration.
Retreat Changes
ROE Network Ministries reserves the right to adjust programming or accommodations if necessary. Registered guests will be notified of any material changes.

Clear, and set in advance.
A $75 payment-plan deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your total retreat balance. This deposit allows ROE Network Ministries to reserve accommodations, meals, materials, and other retreat preparations on your behalf.
- On or before October 15, 2026: Payments made beyond the $75 deposit may be refunded.
- October 16 – 31, 2026: 50% of payments made beyond the $75 deposit may be refunded.
- Beginning November 1, 2026: All payments are non-refundable due to final lodging, food, materials, and retreat commitments. This includes the final scheduled balance payment, which is charged on November 15, 2026.
- No-shows and early departures: No refunds will be issued.
- Registration transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your paid registration to another eligible guest through November 10, 2026, subject to approval and lodging availability.
If ROE Network Ministries cancels the retreat, registered guests will receive a refund of payments made toward the retreat.
